• Activity 3: Searching for solution principles and their solutions

Description

Creative approach to generate ideas for solutions. At least six participants take different perspectives on the problem, symbolised by the six hats. The perspectives are analytical, emotional, pessimistic, optimistic, innovative and organising. The participants document their approaches with regard to their current role. After a certain time, the roles are changed and the problem is approached from a different angle. Once each participant has noted their ideas from each perspective, these are discussed in the group.

• Encourage the creativity of the participants with the help of stimulating information

Procedure

1. Determine the starting roles
2. Individual documentation of the ideas of each method participant
3. Changing roles
4. After each participant has played each role once, the ideas are discussed
