Description

A target preference matrix is ÔÇïÔÇïused to weight evaluation criteria and such a ranking of these is established.

Procedure

  1. Illustration of the evaluation criteria in a matrix. Each evaluation criterion is assigned a letter.
  2. The evaluation criteria are compared in pairp. The letter of the preferred criterion is then entered into the corresponding cell of the matrix.
  3. After all pairs of target criteria have been compared with each other, the total number of preferences is determined for each criterion. For this purpose, the number of mentions of the respective criterion is determined in both the corresponding row and the corresponding column and these two values ÔÇïÔÇïare added together.
  4. The weighting of the criterion for the later evaluation is then calculated using the rule of three
