Description
SWOT analysis is a method for strategic management to characterize a company in a relatively clear manner. Procedure
- Determining company-internal strengths and weaknesses as well as company-external opportunities and threats
- Defining an analysis: strengths/weaknesses analysis, potential analysis, market analysis or opportunities/risks analysis
- Corresponding SO, WO, ST and WT strategies are then determined according to the results
