Description

Reverse engineering is used to obtain information about existing solutions/products and thus comprehensively analyze existing solutions/products.

Procedure

  1. Select an object that is related to the problem (e.g. competitive product or process)
  2. Mental or actual disassembly of the object
  3. Constantly analyzing the object in terms of ability to solve the given problem
  4. Implementation of the findings for the problem
