Description

A potential analysis is used to identify potential for improvement and identify areas of focus for development. It can be used if, for example, potential for improving development results is unclear.

Procedure

  1. Analysis of the potential of the development process on different levels: interpersonal and motivational level, organizational level, technical level
  2. Which measures are suitable for improving development results?
  3. Are there synergy effects?
  4. Are some measures mutually exclusive?
