• Activity 9: Assurance of the fulfilment of the requirements

Description

A portfolio contains a larger amount of Information clearly visualized. This allows selected sizes be compared qualitatively.

Procedure

1. Define two dimensions (axes) with qualitative or quantitative gradations
2. Enter viewed objects in the portfolio
3. Indicate the meaning, a classification or sales size through the size and color of the symbols (circles or others)
4. Discuss possible strategies
5. Create the target state (target future location of the objects) for the planning horizon under consideration
6. Derive action directives in the dimensions from this
