Description

Use of a classification scheme to collect and structure the partial solutions determined for the respective sub-problems (e.g. sub-functions). The morphological box can be used as a basis for the creation of overall solution principles by combining the partial solutions.

Procedure

  1. List the sub-problems (e.g. sub-functions) in the header column of the table
  2. Sort the most specific sub-problems to the top
  3. Assign the partial solutions line by line to the corresponding sub-problems
  4. Combine partial solutions taking into account their compatibility
