Description

With the help of a risk analysis, you can identify a product possible dangers and risks can be identified at an early stage so that possible dangers to people from a product can be identified. It can be used when potential risks or dangers have been identified or have occurred and is intended for machines (according to EN 292-1) mandatory according to EN 1050.

Procedure

  1. Define the application area of ÔÇïÔÇïthe machine
  2. Identify the threat
  3. Opportunities for constructive elimination or reduction
  4. Determine possible accident possibilities
  5. Estimating the risk of the hazard
  6. Defining the protection goals to be achieved
  7. Determine the requirements and measures to eliminate the hazard and limit the risk
  8. Determining compliance with the established requirements and measures
  9. Document results
  10. Record the results of the analysis using different display types
  11. If hazards cannot be eliminated/reduced, establish protective measures for affected people
