Activities

  • Activity 1: Clarifying and itemising the problem or task

Description

Requirements are target properties, followed by the actual properties of a product. These are largely formulated by the end customer, but also by other customers who have contact with the product. This method tackles problems such as forgetting, falsification and incorrect weighting. To prevent requirements from being created, requirements should be found systematically.

Procedure

  1. Overview of everyone involved and determining requirements
  2. Weight and sort requirements

Possibilities for support/ Alternatives

  • Aids such as checklists or questionnaires can be used to determine the requirements. The sorting of requirements should correspond to a requirements list.
