Description

Method for collecting ideas by asking experts for the relevant problem/issue in writing and asking for a written statement. It is more suitable for general questions with regard to fundamental and corporate policy aspects, otherwise in the technical-constructive area it can only be used for long-term developments in the fundamental discussion.

Procedure

  1. Conduct the survey of experts according to the following scheme:
  2. 1st round: What solutions do you see for solving the stated problem? Give spontaneous Solutions.
  3. 2nd round: You are given a list of different solutions to the given problem. Please go through this list and then provide any additional suggestions that come to your mind or were inspired by the list.
  4. 3rd round: You receive the final evaluation of the two idea survey rounds. Please go through this list and write down the suggestions that you consider to be the best in terms of implementation.
