Description

Tool for visualising and analysing decisions. Visualisation of multi-level decision processes in a tree structure. Each level contains the decision alternatives for one partial decision. The levels can be sorted according to their relevance, with the most important ones being placed at the beginning of the decision-making process.

• Provision of the relevance of the process potentials and restrictions to support the sorting of the decision criteria

1. Delimitation of the question to be analysed
2. Identify individual decision criteria
3. Sorting the decision criteria according to relevance
4. Analysing the results
