Description

Method in which the initial list of requirements is discussed and defined and where common goals and measures are defined for all participants. During the conversation you go through the product and the creation process. You not only create and simulate goals, but also initial solutions.

Procedure

1. Clarify the task by, among other thingp. Market and products are analyzed
2. Formulate the task and also define and divide goals
3. Structure the task according to a chosen concept
4. Find possible solutions
5. Select a solution, e.g. through estimation, simulation, comparisons, experiments, etc.
