Description

Creative approach to generate a large number of solution ideas. These are freely expressed by the method participants and are not initially assessed according to their quality.

• Encouraging the creativity of the participants with the help of stimulating information

Procedure

1. Define the question or topic
2. Collect all spontaneous solution ideas from the method participants
3. Document and evaluate the ideas collected
