Description
The Balanced Scorecard is a management tool that is used to clearly present company goals and at the same time monitor them based on key figures. Its main purpose is to provide a holistic view of company goals.
Procedure
- Collect, cluster and select targets from the areas
- Develop key figures for the individual goals
- Display target and actual values ÔÇïÔÇïfor the parameters of the individual goals on the balanced scorecard in a network structure
