Description

The Balanced Scorecard is a management tool that is used to clearly present company goals and at the same time monitor them based on key figures. Its main purpose is to provide a holistic view of company goals.

Procedure

  1. Collect, cluster and select targets from the areas
  2. Develop key figures for the individual goals
  3. Display target and actual values ÔÇïÔÇïfor the parameters of the individual goals on the balanced scorecard in a network structure
